With over twelve years of experience at Booking.com, Carlos managed large hotel portfolios and led regional commercial teams, advising operators on growth strategy, performance and operational optimisation. At Authuman, he leads strategic direction and system architecture, bridging operations, technology and scalable business models.
With more than a decade of experience in hotel operations and account management at Booking.com and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Sara brings deep operational understanding and strong expertise in training and adoption. At Authuman, she leads operational analysis, team enablement and the practical application of automation and AI within real workflows.
